~Specifically designed tours for Ontarians + all others traveling to BC's Interior Mountains via Kelowna International Airport (YLW) with it's easy Flight Connections, landing you closest to the powder and terrain you've seen in the videos.
~THE IDEAL RIDING AREA FOR ALL ABILITIES
With ample direct flights between YYZ/YLW, please book flights most convenient for your group and regardless of the hour, your host will greet you at the airport with trucks waiting outside. Your accommodation is an easy 70min drive away, boasting world-class views of the Okanagan Valley. Your group will need to designate a driver of our 2007 Ford F-350 for the trip's duration. Solid winter driving skills are required!
With a focus on providing the best riding on the planet, we look to cut costs where it makes little to no difference. By utilizing our winter-ready RVs, the main floor of the Cabin, and the massive detached shop, we've configured the space to ensure you've got everything you need for a comfortable, warm and dry stay, ideal for recovering after riding.
Your host will have endless tasks ensuring success in the backcountry day-after-day which makes it impossible to provide meals in a timely manner so we hand the kitchen apron to your group to delegate. HelloFresh is the perfect solution here, allowing your group to preselect desired meals then supplying everything needed for your group's chef to plate a delicious dinner. Breakfast foods (eggs, proteins, potatoes, pancakes, cereal, etc.) will be generously stocked for a strong start. Fruits, Veggies, snacks, and a diverse Sandwich Station will be set out for packing lunch.
Draft beer from Vice&Virtue Brewing in Kelowna will be included free with your package. Any additional alcohol can be purchased on the way to the cabin, or directly from our on-site bar. Coke (+Diet), Ginger Ale (+Diet), Sprite, Dr. Pepper, Root-Beer, Orange Juice, V8 and Milk are also provided.
For 2025/26, our standard sled is the legendary Arctic Cat ProClimb “Mountain Cat.” This 800cc long-track sled is the backbone of our operation: a deep-snow workhorse that floats easily, climbs confidently, and handles predictably in BC’s big-mountain terrain. Guests looking for the latest technology can upgrade to our premium fleet, including Gen4, Axys and Ascender platforms as well as Yeti Snowbikes, for an even bigger adventure.
Riding in BC is NOTHING like what you're used to out East. Having someone with lots of mountain experience is paramount to get you safely in, and out, of the mountain in one piece. With almost 2 decades of backcountry experience, a slough of acquired safety credentials and ample tooling collected to solve any problem, we have the knowledge and know-how to ensure a great trip
Perfect evening gather spot for fixing the day's mishaps. The pontoon boat makes for an awesome lounge and a TV, AirHockey, Ping(+/or beer)-Pong, Corn-Hole, keep your group entertained while any necessary wrenching goes down. A ridiculous snak startion includes chocolate bars, gummy/sour sweets, trail mix, chips, etc. is on standby for a midnight hankering.

"Mild to Wild!
Our group of 6 riders with varying skills had a BLAST with our guide and host, Ian. We spent 5 days having the best time with BC Snow Concierge, backcountry sledding without the crowds in a little known part of the mountains. Ian ensured we learned new skills and pushed each of us to our personal bests. Snow, machines, accommodations and food were all excellent. Looking forward to next time!!!
Book with confidence. You will not be disappointed." ~FEB 2024 Client(s)
